A customer had finalized a restructuring of their current supplier list. As a part of this reorganization, they determined that there was a large population of existing contractors that would need to be transitioned to an approved supplier in a very short period of time. These contractors possessed vital working knowledge of customer systems and procedures, and were dispersed across a broad geographic span.

Rose was able to apply our proven contractor transition model to this problem. Utilizing established practices and relying on proprietary tools and procedures, the Rose team was engaged to manage a transition of approximately 350 contractors.

Results
Rose successfully led the effort to transition these contractors within the tight customer established timeline of two and one half weeks. During this span, 100 percent of all contractors were fully on-boarded to Rose International's payroll, avoiding any interruption to their compensation cycle or the customer's operations. The initial transition was so successful that within four weeks following the initial transition, Rose on-boarded an additional 125 contractors identified by the customer for transition.
