Rose International Wins State of Missouri Contract

St. Louis-based IT firm wins prime contractor status in five out of seven service areas.

ST. LOUIS, March 12, 2002 - Rose International, a leader in information technology consulting, announced today that it has been awarded a new information technology consulting contract vehicle with the State of Missouri.

The contract could span four years and has seven service areas: Infrastructure; Development Solutions; Specialized Projects; Security, Privacy and Accessibility; Architecture; Project Management/Project Oversight and Communications. Rose was named the prime contractor in five of the seven categories (Infrastructure; Development Solutions; Security, Privacy and Accessibility; Architecture and Communications), and was named a secondary contractor in one other category (Project Management/Project Oversight).

"We are honored that the State of Missouri has chosen us to provide quality IT services to all state agencies," said Mrs. Himanshu Bhatia, Chief Executive Officer, Rose International. "We've worked with the state for more than six years, and their continued trust has helped us bring increased innovation, efficiency and quality to all our clients," she said.

The contract supports all statewide agencies and their regional offices. The prime contractor for each category has the first opportunity to provide IT services and support to a requesting agency. Considering the present award, Rose International will be able to provide almost every type of IT service for each platform and methodology within the Enterprise Information Technology structure of the State of Missouri. In past experience, Rose International has completed service with over 20 State of Missouri agencies.

"As a Missourian, I am very pleased that the state chose a Missouri company to provide services for their many diverse technology areas," said John Truesdell, Director of Business Development, Rose International. "The support that Rose International has received from the State of Missouri has helped to propel our growth and has helped transition Rose into the highly respected organization that we are today."
