Business Problem
Customer acquired a large financial organization, and faced the need to create consistency across system platforms used by a banking division to interact with thousands of commercial clients. It needed to convert clients to a new go-forward platform from the system that was in use at the acquired company. Due to the sensitive nature of converting existing clients over to a new platform, it was imperative that a dedicated team of technical specialists with strong customer service and planning skills would execute this effort. The team also needed to be stable over time to ensure that the same people would maintain the relationship with customers for the entire duration of the conversion effort, through cut-over and post-implementation.

This eliminated any unnecessary risks to the relationships with clients and offered much more flexibility for unforeseen schedule changes. As a result of the partnership with Rose, our customer was able to effectively manage the conversion effort with its clients. The deployment of quality teams for a longer duration also reduced the total need for facilities, workspace, training and supervision. Our customer also gained the insight that other critical efforts should be managed with a similar strategy, and is planning to execute several more in partnership with Rose.
