Rose International's CEO, Sue Bhatia, continually focuses on ways to develop and promote women and minority entrepreneurs around the world. In 2010, she participated on a panel at the World Export Development Forum (WEDF) in Chongqing, China, which focused on how businesses need to adapt to comply with the new realities within the global supply chain. In 2008, Mrs. Bhatia spoke at the WEDF in Switzerland on the vast contribution that women business owners can make to the growth of the global economy. Also, at the OECD 2007 in Tokyo, Mrs. Bhatia chaired the International Software Panel. Representing the U.S. at this event, she made policy recommendations to OECD for enhancing the role of small and medium enterprise in the global value chain.
Learning from Mrs. Bhatia's example, Rose employees consistently give back and support their communities. All employees are encouraged to support charitable organizations that are beneficial to the community. In turn, the company partners with their employees to help support their causes when the employees themselves are giving their own time and financial resources.
